Our COVID-19 operating policy

We are committed to continuing to provide the same high level of service you expect from our team, while keeping our clients, employees and partners safe during this time. As such, we currently have the following measures in place:
Meetings
Where possible, meetings are being held by video call or telephone. Clients visiting our office are asked to follow our guidelines as noted below:
- If you have had contact with someone with Covid-19 symptoms in the last 5 days or have experienced any symptoms yourself, please contact the office to re-arrange your appointment
- On arrival, (If travelling by car) please park in the client carpark at the rear of the office
- If arriving on foot, please come to the rear of the property
- Please telephone our office on 0191 5670304 to confirm your arrival
- A member of staff will greet you at the back door to the left of the building
- You will be signed in on arrival and your temperature will be taken before proceeding through the office
- Hand sanitiser is available for your use on arrival
- We ask that you wear a face mask, as you walk through the office space, until you are seated for your meeting
- Please note all advising staff have had at least one of their Covid-19 vaccinations, but we are still mindful to abide by the rules, as set out by the Government regarding Hands, Face & Space
Documents
We encourage our clients to send documents and records digitally where possible. If you do need to drop off physical paperwork to our office, please follow this procedure:
- Call our office in advance on 0191 567 0304 and let us know when to expect you
- Wait outside our rear entrance (accessed via the back lane behind our offices) and call us to let us know you have arrived
- A member of our team will collect your documents and you will be required to provide track and trace details
